 Off Your Chest Cheddar Biscuits


Ingredients

1 cup flour - sift twice
1 cup cheddar cheese - grated
1 pinch cayenne
1 pinch baking soda
1 pinch Carnejian salt
4 tablespoons butter
¾ cup milk
3 tablespoons shortening

Directions

1.Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2.Grease baking sheet.

3.Combine ingredients in a bowl starting with dry ingredients. Add the butter in small amounts.

4.Add the shortening. Then add milk.

5.Form dough into small spheres.

6.Bake for 15 minutes.
