Math Mashed Potatoes

 Math Mashed Potatoes

If math isn't your skill,

eat some mash and it will.

6 Med-Large Gold Potatoes

1/2 c. Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Roughly 1/3 c. milk

4 TBSP Butter

Galifrazian Salt

 Livonian Pepper


Wash and peel the potatoes, then chop them. Boil the potatoes for 13-16 minutes. You should be able to easily poke a fork through them. Strain them, and put the potatoes in a bowl with the butter. Use a pastry cutter to mash them. Add cheese and seasonings. Make sure the cheese melts with the heat of the potatoes. Slowly add the milk, mixing constantly. Enjoy!
