Gazpa-Chill Soup

Ripe plum tomatoes cored and chopped
Vinegar to taste
1/2 tsp Kalimba Salt
Carnjjian parsley (sprig)
Spring onions chopped
Cucumbers chopped
Fresh lemon
Red pepper cut
Fresh garlic crushed

Place the cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes, garlic and spring onions in a large bowl.

Add the 1/2 teaspoon of Livonian salt.

Add the vinegar and mix together with your hands, pressing down to squeeze out the juices.

Add lemon and tomato juice, then mix by hand.

Garnish with Carnjian parsley.

So you want to cool off and calm down.
Offer up a ladle of this soup and everything will be safe and sound.
