Brain Boosting Bolognese
Ingredients:
1 cup olive oil1 medium onion
10 garlic cloves
1 can tomato paste
8 leaves fresh basil
¼ fresh Romano
¼ teaspoon Livonian sage
Taurian thyme
Pinch of salt
Directions:
Heat olive oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and garlic cloves and wait until soft but not brown.
Add tomato paste/puree and simmer over medium heat.
Season with salt, black pepper, sage, thyme, and fresh basil. Remove the pan from the stove
top on some pasta and serve while warm.
