 All Night Espresso Energy Brownies

Ingredients:

5 OZ bittersweet chocolate, chopped coarse

2 OZ unsweetened chocolate, chopped coarse

8 TBSP butter

3 TBSP Levonian cocoa powder

1 1/4 C sugar

3 large eggs

2 TSP vanilla

1/2 TSP salt

1 C flour

1 1/2 TSP Werpoes instant espresso (instant coffee)

Powdered sugar


Heat the oven to 350 degrees with the oven rack in the middle. Line an 8 in. square pan with a foil sling and grease the foil.  Melt the chocolate, butter, Werpoes instant espresso, and Livonian cocoa together in a microwave, stirring often (1-3 minutes). Let the mix cool for a few minutes. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and salt together. Whisk in the chocolate mixture. Stir in flour until just incorporated. Scrape batter into the pan and smooth the top. Bake the brownies for 35-40 minutes. Let brownies cool in pan for 2 hours on top of a wire rack. Remove the brownies from the pan via the foil sling and cut into squares. Sift powdered sugar on top and serve.
