Aging Apple Crisp

If age is what you wish to obtain

Realize years aren't all you'll gain.

Apples

5 apples, peeled, cored, and sliced

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Topping

8 tablespoons soft butter

8 tablespoons sugar

8 tablespoons flour


Butter a foil sling in an 8x8 baking dish. Preheat oven to 350 F.

Toss apple ingredients in a bowl, and mix.

In a separate bowl, mush together topping ingredients. It should be in pea sized bits.

Cook for one hour. Let cool for 20-40 minutes.
